Spray was a dry oil and the smell was pleasant. However there were still mosquitoes flying around me despite two thorough applications.
I sprayed this on thoroughly and still got over 10 mosquito bites on my legs. Now I can't wear shorts or skirts until they heal. What a disappointment! I am so unhappy with this product.
Make sure you shake well and spray in a very open area (preferably outside). This stuff is thick in the air and sticky as pancake syrup on the skin. I felt sticky and slimy all day after apllying this. As far as being effective I can't say it was sadly - I was bitten twice after only a half an hour of application.
This stuff leaves a powder on everything. I got some on my watch and it my twilight to my car and it almost etched it, it ruined the plastic and I can't get it off .
