This stuff is great. I normally don't blister on my feet, but when their is rain in the forecast OR if it's super HOT outside, I'll take extra precautions to make sure I don't have my toes jacked up with blisters. This stuff is golden. Sprinkle some in your sock and put your sock on. While you are running, playing soccer, or whatever....the powder coats your foot well and you will have ZERO blisters. Worth it's weight in gold. It's a "teflon" powder. They guarantee it to work also!
Very good product. Does the job for my niece who does gymnastics and very often has chapped hands from her workouts!!
This " powder" clumps and is difficult to get into your socks. I tried putting it directly on my toes then putting on my socks only to have the powder fall on the ground. Not certain if it even helps prevent blisters. Frustrating....
