The Memory Foam Topper came packed very compactly which makes it easy to handle. We purchased 2 Full size Toppers for two beds for our sons and they are perfect. The only reason I didn't give this a five star review across the board is because the width is a little short but ultimately of no real consequence. The foam rebounded within 24-48 hours as stated and is in fact 3 inches thick. I priced a lot of other memory foam products and they cost considerably more for a comparable thickness. After rebounding to its full thickness, it turns out to be a very comfortable product.
This has been a back saver! Deployed to Kabul Afghanistan and was sleeping on a interspring mattres this topper has made a huge difference. I now wake up with out the back pain and feel much more rested.
Very decent product - although product is not 3" thick, it's only about 1-1/2" - but it certainly met expectations. Cost is a bit high for a simple topper, particularly when you consider that there are similar-type mattresses for just a bit more $. But I just bought a mattress that is too hard and needed the topper to make it more comfortable. I should have made a different purchase on the original mattress, but it's easy to say that after-the-fact. This topper is a great fix - I love it. The quilted cover is nice - avoids having to buy a separate cover to be between the sheets and mattress. There are a lot of choices out there - I made the right one. BTW - dealing with Walmart has been great, and easy.
I was expecting a little more but it's very comfortable. It may be that the mattresses we're given here are pieces of junk too though. The only down side is it has a rather odd smell which hasn't gone away yet. You can only smell it when your face is in the thing though.
The pad was narrower than our mattress so our bed felt smaller. About 3" on each side. And the pad takes awhile to go to it's original shape so when your sleeping and want to change positions, you fall into a hole that was left behind where you were sleeping. I was a little disappointed with the pad considering how much it cost.
This topper was not exactly what I thought it would be. the directions said to let it sit for 24-48 hours but it didn't make a difference it was still only 2" high. I was hoping it would be better but it wasn't so I ordered another one so I could try it. I hope it's better than this one.
This 3" Memory Foam topper didn't look like 3" thick and didn't have the feel of Memory Foam.
The memory foam topper did not expand after 24 to 48 hours. Even after 7 days it has not expanded. The product does not even cover the size of the bed it was purchased for. This is the worst product i have ever purchased and should be taken off the shelf so no one will purchase it.
Foam Topper has been out of plastic for 4 days now, laid on bed and it still has puffed up to 3". A few places have, but the majority of it is still flat and compressed...and is still just as it was 4 days ago. Now, I'm going to have to return the bulky thing to WalMart for my money back. I definetely would not recommend.
After picking up the foam topper and taking it out of the bag, I let it "set" for 24 hours to go back to it's original shape. After putting it on my bed, I noticed that it was not the size of my bed. The queen size was about 3" short on each side of the bed. The length was fine but the width was way off. After sleeping on this for two nights, I removed it from the bed and returned it to my store. This pad was very uncomfortable, sank in the middle and never really retained the original shape of the memory foam.
