I get leg, foot and arm cramps when it's hot and then go into a cooler place. I take two of these to dissolve under my tongue and within less than 10 minutes, they are gone. I've used them for years and swear by them.
I have used this for several years for the pain in my legs at night. I like it because I don't have to get up to take it; the pills melt under your tongue. Added bonus is that they seem to help me sleep better too.

I have been using this for years. I try to make sure I drink enough water and I do have a bar of Ivory soap(old wives tale) under my mattress. But when I get leg cramps or feel them coming on, this has been a life saver. I also use their Restless Leg remedy too for when my legs just wont settle down. Try it, I think you will agree.

Dr recommended this product 6 years ago. I'd tried everything to get rid of pretty severe nighttime cramps. Nothing really worked. Might get some sort of relief but nothing significant.
