[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I've never been a fan of throat drops. It was always either too tangy or too minty for me. Ricola's caramel throat drops are perfect. It tastes like candy with caramel inside, all while helping to relieve my throat. The price is similar to what you would pay for other throat drops. If you're like me and want to try something new and different, I would recommend this 100%.

The caramel flavor is there and has a liquid center that is very soothing. I'm not the biggest fan of caramel flavor though so I think in the future I'll try a different type!

My throat not only feels soothed but also refreshed! I don't know if I would have given this much thought before trying them. After trying these Ricola Caramel Throat Balm Lozenges, I will be a return customer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes and smells like a normal caramel hard candy, which is great. It has the added benefit of soothing your throat. Since it's sweet I ate them quickly, but holding them in the mouth longer will provide more benefit. No chemical or medicinal taste either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Ricola Throat Balm Carmel Pectin Oral Demulcent Throat drop. It's packaging is convenient enough to grab a few for on the go. The formula is nice and features a soft carmel syrup type center. If you're looking for something for every day to soothe your throat and don't need a strong mint, etc, this is a nice throat drop to provide relief. My mom had allergies, and her throat was feeling irritated. I offered her some of these while she was visiting, and she also liked them

I hated taking menthol cough drops when really all I needed was something to soothe my throat from talking. These are perfect! The taste is pretty good, although they do leave a bit of an aftertaste. It's not exactly caramel, but it's close. Would definitely recommend for those with speaking jobs!

I initially thought that they were going to be more direct caramel flavor, but you can definitely taste the Ricola cough drop flavor in them. Not horribly though!! I first didn't really like the middle caramel flavor, but after using them, I definitely prefer these over traditional cough drops! I'm definitely going to continue using them!

I've always liked the Ricola brand throat drops and I still do, but this is not a flavor that I plan to buy in the future. At first, the caramel flavor was subtle but good and then after 1-2 minutes the menthol flavor was noticeable & after tasting the menthol part I had to spit it out because I couldn't finish it. I plan to stick with the original cherry flavor throat drops from Ricola.
