After trying it multiple times, it's honestly not too bad and kicks in very quick. The flavor is not my favorite but it's not bad. It does have this warming effect which is soothing for nighttime before bed, so I would definitely continue using this and recommend to others! I'm finally getting a good nights' sleep because of ZzzQuil.

It is melatonin free as well and is non habit forming. I suffer from occasional sleep issues and this helps when I need a good nights sleep. It works quickly and I feel super refreshed in the morning. I like the berry taste as well.

I love that I can just measure out the recommended dosage and take it right before bed. I felt refreshed the next morning and I was able to sleep the whole night through. Great product.

The taste is amazing and it helps me. Sleep within minutes and the best part it helps me have the best sleep I could ever ask for. Next morning I wake up refreshed, full of energy and really love that it does not form habits so you can only use it when needed.
