This is a great product that required very minimal assembly. Got it to help with back extension to relieve compression due to age and because wife had knees replaced eliminating possibility of Inversion Bench. There is a great exercise guide included with the bench. Only down side is the width of the bench makes it hard to fold up and store because we do not have a large house.
The quality of the product is superior; it is heavy gauge steel with a thick pad and built to last. It is difficult to move because of the weight. This is a serious piece of exercise equipment, not a toy; buy it.
