Overall it withheld all the bumps and battering of my 10 year old son at camp. It repeled a deluge of thunderstorms and mulch. It was hard to wheel around in the stones, dirt, mulch and such but that is understandable. It had many little compartments to keep my son a little organized as well. I would recommend this bag.
When pricing out similar duffle bags, I was amazed that something as similar in quality to the $80+ bags was available. Sure, the outer skin isn't as thick as the more expensive models, but who cares?! The dual storage space is nice for packing pants or even seperating your dirty clothes while on vacation. The side pockets are nice and large and the main storage compartment holds enough for a weeks worth of clothes and shoes (for me at least). I wasn't expecting much from the roller function at first. and figured if there was a catch with the price...this was going to be it. But it was pleasantly surprised that it seemed as durable and smooth as my other luggage. For the occasional traveler/vacationer/college student, this is PERFECT for you.
This is the second duffel bag I have purchased, the other one in blue. Travels very well on overseas trips. Holds an incredable amount of clothing and shoes. Would recomend to anyone looking for light weight luggage.
I needed to get a suitcase in a hurry when the airlines broke mine and this product was really good quality for the price. the only bad thing was shipping and handling. It worked great and had a lot of room to store all of my things. I liked the bottom compartment it was great for shoes and pants. It also rolls very smooth
Excellent quality and value. Only minor complaint is that pullout handle (duffle bag on wheels) does not click in place when open or shut. Would be a problem if it slid open while in the cargo bay of an aircraft.
I really liked this rolling duffel. It holds a lot. I wish it held more. I don't really like the separate compartment on the bottom. If the bag is full it is hard to get to and close. It looks great and you can't beat the price.
It handles tumbles and I like the different compartments. It is different than the usual one mega-storage place that I'm used to but it's good none-the less.
With the new airlines fees on additional luggage, I thought a large duffle bag would provide maximum volume for one piece of checked luggage, with a minimum of weight of the luggage itself. The weight was good, but I was wrong about the volume. The actual volume is much much less than that available in a rectangular piece of luggage. Despite the additional weight associated with rectangular luggage, rectangular luggage provides about twice the carrying volume for only about 5 additional pounds for the luggage itself. I decided to go with another Walmart item for about $50. The additional volume provided was worth the extra cost to me.
i am a trucker and i need somthing that would take a beating and still work well this bag did i was a bit ifie about it because of the price but do not let that fool u at all it rolls nice and hold alot
This was almost equally priced with another Coleman product and I purchased them both, but ended up returning this one back to the store. Pros: Lightweight, has wheels. packs a lot of stuff Cons: Strong chemical smell, the outside material is a bit thinner than I had hoped, the inner material used for dividing into comparments is almost as thin as a plastic grocey bag! I can imagine this thing getting ripped at the seams on its first flight. The outside material may last, but I'm almost positive that it'll tear inside. Conclusion: For this price range, I suggest that you pay $3-$5 more and get a better product. However keep in mind that even those will not be very durable. I know because I was able to compare it with a similarly priced Coleman bag with same dimensions and that one was only tiny bit stronger than this bag. So I ended up choosing that one, but still I'm not feeling too confident about that bag either. I guess you have to go up to a higher price range for a really durable bag.
