They work well for me and are affordable.
These bags leak liquid from zipper seam when zipper is closed. This happens in both the red zipper bags (for regular storage) and the blue zipper bags (for freezer storage). The first picture shows where coffee has leaked out, although there was not more than 2 ½ cups liquid in the bag, (not much pressure on seam at all!). There are a couple of ways to prevent this from happening. One, turn the bag on its bottom, being very careful to keep the bag in this upright position, keeping all liquid AWAY from the closed seam. The second picture shows how I must fold and pin the zipper seam (leak proof method) in order to use the remainder of these terrible bags. I donât recommend these bags for storing anything liquid, and I will not be purchasing these again.
