This product is just what I've been looking for. It was a great buy. I love it.
Works Great. Perfect Price. Only thing, the iphone adapter cord scares me cuz its so thin looking, but hasn't failed me so we are all good! =]
I bought this kit specifically for the splitter and the dual male ended audio cable. I actually have 3 of these kits, one for myself, one for my wife, and one specifically for travel. Scosche makes great quality products and Wal-Mart has the best prices.
More than I needed. But, love all the adapters that came with it!
The product seems good, but needs to have more truthful packaging: the "cell phone adapter" does not work with many cell phones, such as my HTC Touch. It works with BlackBerries, which incidentally are featured in a photo on the packaging. Perhaps they should list it as a "BlackBerry Adapter" instead of a "Cell Phone Adapter." Some cell phones will auto-detect the type of plug inserted into the jack and operate accordingly. The rest of the phones expect a cell phone headset (with a microphone) that has 4 bands on the jack (left, right, mic, ground) instead of the normal 3 bands (left, right, ground). In these cases the sound only comes through one channel, meaning you'll have one ear of sound and one ear of silence. I'll be returning this to the store tomorrow.
Although this set didn't contain the adapter for my needs..it has a nice selection of several types of different adapters that I will eventually be able to use....i think. Appears to be made of good quality. Price was competitive. I would reccommend this item.
So happy now I can play my mp3 in my new vehicle with this adapter. Don't need all the adapters but worth the money for the one I needed.
I bought this product in the hopes to use the airplane adapter that Hawaiin Airlines(HA) uses on their planes. Although the adapter housing is at a right angle and does not fit HA's planes. You need an adapter that goes straight in. The rest appears to be good but never used them since the airplane adapter didn't work out for me. I will be returning this back to the store.
The splitter in the package was very hard to plug into. However worked well. The cell phone adapter worked but only played in one side of headset, after research and calling Verizon I was told that the jack was not for my cell phone and that most cell phones need a jack that has 3 rings, not the one in the package which only has 2.
