My Mom used this oil for yrs and yrs in her old Crown Vic 2 door, and thats all she would use The car life was extended forever she swore I believe her!!!
No other motor oil even comes close. Thank you Pennzoil for keeping mine and my family's engines cleaner and running longer for as long as I can remember. It's no wonder Pennzoil is America's #1 brand of motor oil. You have a lifelong customer in me.
Rolled 5500 miles on the current pilot change and the oil currently doesn't show any discoloration. I'm running this in a 2016 ram 1500 4x4 5.7 hemi. Mixture of weekend boat towing, country/hwy mileage. Current fuel mileage averages 16.8mpg
Pennzoil conventional or synthetic is just as good or better as any other oil on market....I know it will last at 7500 or 10,000 miles depending on engine
Kind of funny to read all these Pennzoil reviews this oil @ all pennzoil is a top rated now! @ maybe for the last 10 or 12 years but used to be terrible like back in the 70s @ 80s sorry penzoil this oil replace castrol GTX for reasons i wont mention use with confedence its one of the best i change every 3k or 3to4 months there synthetic is great to Thankyou pennzoil for GREAT products!!!
My engine was burning oil like crazy using synthetic and when I switched to pennzoil conventional I never burned oil again. I'm staying with pennzoil from now on. Best oil
I've always used Pennzoil in all my vehicles since the late 60's and also in the vehicles I serviced in my foreign car repair service. Currently I restore old Dodge stepside pickups and always use them in my personal trucks. These trucks mileage range 200K to 600k miles on the original engines. My only concern is the unavailability of straight 40 weight and straight 30 here in South Texas. That 5w, 10w etc may be good for those up north but NOT here in Texas. the heat breaks down multivis oil real quickly.
Switched to Pennzoil 5w20 in my Ford truck. Runs quieter and no longer consumes oil since switching.
I have a 1998 Monte Carlo I started using Pennzoil 5W-30 for the first 100,000 miles then I switched to 10W-40. I have over 378,420 miles all with conventional oil now I hear that you're going to stop selling 10W-40 conventional oil I hope this is not true keep it coming I need this oil BEST OIL EVER!!!
I took my car in for a BASIC oil change with a 18:00 appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and stood at the check in desk until 18:03. I went to tell them I was waiting and they walked up to take care of a man who arrived after I told them I was there. Knowing the 20 item limit, I only shopped for 12 items in addition to the oil change. They finally called for me to pick up the car, another 15 minutes standing there waiting for someone to come to the register. Walking up, he says I have too many items and he won't ring all of them up. I said fine, have fun putting them up. He then tells me the BASIC oil change is $45.45. Umm not today. The "service writer" said I told him I wanted synthetic oil. Nope. I told him I asked for basic. They called a manager who fixed the oil change all while my 7 year old son and I were treated badly by the cashier. My son said there's the 20 items sign 🤣 and 12 is less than 20 so why wouldn't the cashier ring up our things? I said I guess he's not as smart as you and doesn't know 12 is less than 20 🤷♀️ The cashier called me subliminal. Apparently, he doesn't know what subliminal means.
