I have used Duralube in all my oil using vehicles, lawn tractor, and farm tractor. It sticks to the metal parts and protects them on start-up, especially if not started for some time. Store 566 had none in stock so I ordered it on-line for a special rebate Duralube was running that gave me a $20 rebate.
A bit pricy BUT, after being told about Dura Lub, I gave it a try and found almost emediately my engine with 160K miles ran better. Now I include this in every oil change on all my cars!
I'm using this oil as a mix for Lawn mower, result - reduce noise, gas consumption, and 50% oil change, what You need more, ??
Changed oil this weekend and added this to oil. Could feel a difference in the engine response right off the bat. Will keep tabs on gas mileage to see if it makes a difference.
I used it in my racecar poked a hole in oil pan while racing drove it out of oil And drove it to the pits and on the trailer... No damage to the engine... Raced that engine the rest of the year!!! I'm sold!!!!
My car has changed dramatically. The steering was too rigid but not anymore
My impala was running really rough so I took it in to my mechanic buddy. He recommend running an additive like Lucas or DuraLube. I read up on them and saw a video online. I noticed instant results especially the noise and temp. If your looking for an actual engine treatment I would give this a try.

After adding this product to my car system, during an oil change... Within 10 MI my check engine light went off, my car lost that sluggish feeling that I had been experiencing since crossing the 125,000 mile mark on the odometer. The slight knocking sounds that I had been hearing ceased, and within one tank of gas I noticed an improvement in my MPG of eight and 10 MI more per gallon, in town and highway respectively. Very few products provide such almost instant noticeable improvements, most are more claim than Fame... But duralast engine treatment follows through on its promises of better performance and increase miles per gallon. Two weeks in, and my car is still outperforming its previous record. I definitely recommend duralast engine treatment for anyone who is suffering from a lack of performance, and seeks to improve overall engine health on their car. The only drawback to this product, is that you must wait until you are getting ready to change the oil to install it into your cars system... Mixing it with your new oil, in place of one quart of oil. Failure to properly follow the instructions can result in less than desired results. So be sure to follow the instructions to the letter.
