I bought this frame for a friend's birthday to place old and new pictures of us from the 18 years we've known each other. Two things suprised me: #1-The size of the frame, it's good sized and #2- Clear plastic film instead of glass, but what should I expect from such a large good-looking frame for $18. She loved the gift and I could afford it, so it all worked out!
This collage frame was bigger than I expected, and really nice for the price. I am very pleased and would recommend this product.
I am on my third purchase. I used one for a Christmas present with all black and white photos. It was absolutely stunning. Second one was colored pictures and it is equally striking. The contrast with the black frame makes the colors pop even more. Very happy with my purchases.
This product looks much more costly than it is and looks great with my pics. It can be hung two ways to show more portait- or landscape-oriented photos. Overall, an excellent bargain.
Very nice for the value. Ordered 3 for christmas gifts, ordered pics a few days later and was very surprised when they showed up two days later :) very happy, because that's almost two days earlier then expected. Would recommend to friends and might have to buy a couple for my own home :)
The plastic between the frame and pictures is obviously not glass so although you can see through it, it is a little scratchy but overall - I really like it anyway.
This product was perfect for my needs: filling it up with my bird pix and hanging it up in my room. It has a sleek and modern look and it is perfect for my simple use. One thing that I wasn't expecting that turned out to be a huge plus: it isn't real glass, it plastic in front of the pix. at first i was like, wow, that's cheap. then it turned out to look just as good and it didn't collect finger prints as easily because it has a clear plastic lining that protects it until you're ready to frame. Also, if you are expecting an extravagant detailed frame, don't buy this frame. it is super simple. flat black with rounded cornered openings. this is a plus because it is super easy to clean and it dosen't collect that much dust, and it goes with any decor, as long as it is not all custom carving or something.... So it would also make a great gift. Overall, a great product that i definitely recommend.
This is a nice looking collage frame but I wish the protective layer was glass, not plastic. The plastic cover that goes over the pictures is flimsy and has imperfections/scratches that are visible. I had to move a few pictures around in the collage so that the imperfections in the plastic weren't as obvious. All the other collage frames I've purchased were glass so this was not an issue. From a distance, it's not that noticeable. Overall, I am pretty happy with these frames and the price was good!
I needed this layout, so I did order the product despite some negative reviews. It is not the best quality product. All around the frame you can see bulge marks where the screws on the back just almost come through. You do have to tape your pictures to the plexiglass. In spite of all this I am still keeping it because I like the layout and from far away none of these imperfections are evident.
The frame is made of thin, light weight plastic and the middle of the frame bellows out so you can see the edges of the pictures in the middle of the frame. The "glass" over the pictures is also plastic. If it were glass, maybe the frame would not bellow in the middle. I guess you get what you pay for.
