I brought this product for my dad because whenever we go to my sister's house my parents constantly complain about bending over into their luggage over & over again & with his back problems it's getting harder for him to do that. He just used it last week & loved it. Now my mother wants one for herself. It folds up & is very lightweight. I was impressed that it held such a big & extremely heavy duffle bag (my mother takes the whole house with her if you know what I mean). I would recommend this product to everyone. I also researched several other websites before purchasing & found that Walmart was the cheapest & yet there was no difference in the product.
Outstanding value for the money - this was a gift for someone who is very discriminating in what she wants and/or likes. She was very pleased. I did a lot of comparison shopping and this was by far the best value for the appearance and cost. I purchased two and had them shipped directly to her and both arrived in perfect condition.
I originally order two luggage racks. The price was right. I had to return one rack because one of the rubber casters was missing. I place another other and received another luggage rack with the same problem. I have given up ordering. Tlhe one I kept is perfect.
I bought two for my guest room. They fold up and go under a bed or in a closet when not in use. My guests have a place to put their suitcase for easy access and they love them. My very vintage parents also appreciate them. For short visits they don't want to unpack everything and they don't have to stoop or kneel like they would if they were on the floor. And the price was fantastic.
These racks are great. They're lightweight, fold up quite slim, and are sturdy. They arrived in excellent condition. No problems with them at all. I love them.
Arrived very quickly. Product is as you would find in many hotels/motels. Some others had something about the feet coming off, but mine appear to be held on tight. It' a little less deep than I would have ideally liked, but all in all a good solid product I've put in two of my spare bedrooms for visitors. I'm sure it will be appreciated so they don't have to keep their suitcase on the floor.
The Whitmore luggage rack is just like the ones at the hotels and makes it easier for friends and relatives that come to visit. No more bending over to take things out of your suitcase, and you can save your back from painful bending. Folds up out of the way when not in use. Would definitely recommend for people with frequent visitors.
This is a good product, very sturdy. It appears to be well assembled and can handle a large suitcase with no problems. The chrome is not as attractive as a wood luggage rack but it does the job just as well, for a fraction of the price. I would recommend it.
This product has been very useful when we have guest. I picked it up at Walmart and the shipping box was crushed. The black plastic pieces at the bottom of each of the legs where broken but the store manager had me go get some off the shelf in the hardware department, at no charge. They actually work and look better than what was orginally on the product. Folds up for easy storage.
Very pleased with this product. Ordered two for my guests who always seem hesitant to unpack and use the empty drawers in the dresser in the guest room.Afraid they will leave something I guess. They are not beautiful - as the fancy expensive ones are - but for the price they are a great size and will hold a sizable suitcase. Fold up nicely. Box was torn up badly, but the product was not harmed.
