When I bought the matching bedding collection last year this pillow had been discontinued. I was so disappointed because I thought it was pretty. I happened to be online about one month ago and the pillow was back!! It definitely completes the bedding, the quality is very good and the price is hard to beat. I've been pricing decorator pillows and most cost much more.
We built a house with a mother-in-law suite. We had no furniture or bedding. I have been to multiple stores trying to find the right fit. I bought the whole set of bedding from Wal-Mart, and have been thrilled. We had an open house a couple of weeks ago, and everyone commented on the bedding. It is an AWESOME deal, and a GREAT price. I was looking at bedding that was $300-$600. Man I got a steal!
It took FOREVER for these pillows to come in at our local store but it was well worth it!!! We use 3 of these in our living room to accent our black leather furniture and they look amazing! They're very soft and big. These pillows are hand wash only so be careful with them!
This pillow is really pretty. The black design is embroidered onto the pillow and it's a velvety material on the back and sides. Very nice and I disagree with the previous review that says it does not match the Opera Comforter Set. It absolutely does. It is not white or off-white as it is pictured though. It is a deep vanilla kind of yellow creme. I was looking for black and white (or off-white), but I do think this is a nice pillow... so I didn't return it as I did with the rest of the set. It is in a different area of the room.
Hello fellow shoppers, I ordered this item after I received my opera bedding set. This set is really not finished until you get this pillow. I ordered two of the pillows and the size, quality and craftmenship is awesome, not to mention the price is a steal. I love it and I am thinking about buying more for my chaise lounge in my bedroom. I love it ladies ( and gents). Go for it,you will be very happy.
I bought the comforter and matching pillows and I absolutely LOVE it. This pillow is the same fabric as the comforter with the same beautiful sheen and the black portion is velvet. It's really beautiful. It looks gorgeous with the comforter and other pillows. I have received so many compliments on the set. I would highly recommend.
I bought three of these pillows to sit on top of a black bench that I have in my guest bedroom. I thought these pillows were a little more ivory and less beige but they ended up being way more beige than I expected. Still pretty though and you can't beat the price.
I'm a college student looking for accent pillows to decorate my dorm room. This pillow fit right in with my theme of black and cream colors, and its beautiful design definitely livened up the place! -- However, don't expect this accent pillow to be anything but just that. It is not a soft, cuddly, comfortable pillow that I would recommend trying to sleep with. It has a rough exterior, and it's not all that pleasant to the touch. If you're looking for a classy throw pillow, this is for you. -- But if you're looking for a pillow to cuddle up with, look elsewhere.
This is a beautiful pillow, but I was expecting it to be black/white. I failed to see the mention of sand in the product description and went by the picture only. Since it was linked to other black/white products, it was a surprise and disappointment to get a cream colored pillow. If black and cream are your colors, then this is a beautiful decorative pillow.
The design of the pillow is great, and was exactly what I wanted. However, the pillow is actually black and creme (yellowish creme), not white. The pictures make it appear to be white, and I purchased it to go with a black & white comforter, but it doesn't match at all due to the creme color. I would recommend this pillow if you're looking for creme, not white.
