I wanted to stick with my original radio. This will work for any vehicle it is extremely easy to set up. I placed it in the back of my truck and ran extra speaker wires from my rear speaker and once you connect it. That's it. Good luck and I would buy this item again.
I recently had this installed in my 350Z to convert the high outputs from my Bose factory headunit to a low signal so i could use it in my amplifer for my subwoofers. It has been working great for 3 weeks now. I have had no issues and it sounds great.
i plugged it in my rear of my 2003 toyota rav4 stereo, in left and right Rear. I also left the speakers in working order. I just plugged this converter wire besides the speaker wires. I ran the RCA cables down to the trunk to my amp kit and it works very well !
