Very cool prop. Well built. Runs on a wiper motor with a delay ( making it raise and stop at certain points ) the legs are loose but doesn't effect the scare function. It's made by distortion unlimited and I have dozen prop made by them ( built to last ) if the prop were to quit work the wiper motor is very easy to change. Unlike other props where you can't find any parts.
I love how this skeleton looks. From torso and up, it looks so real. The legs were kind of cheap looking and remained crooked from being folded in the box. After following the directions and plugging it in (nothing to assemble, just plug in the adapter), we heard a pop. It did not move. The adapter sounded like something got dislodged, so out of my own pocket, purchased a new adaptor because I really did like how the skeleton looked and wanted to see it moved. After the replacement adapter arrived, we crossed fingers and it worked. I may have had high expectations after the wait, but all it really did we move up and down about 6 inches in various levels and timeframe. I was quite a bit disappointed, but it was still cool looking. I had a party this weekend and had it on for about 4 hours and when I came back, it was not moving anymore. The piece that raises the skeleton up and down broke off. It was too dark to figure out if it repairable, but I would expect it to be more durable for $300 piece. I don't know when it actually broke, but the guests that did see it move said was freaky and cool.
