I love the toastation. I had this same one in red and recently remodeled our kitchen so I bought the black. It fits perfectly on the counter top, we have a small kitchen. Toaster oven works great and so does the toaster. We had the previous one for several years and had no problems with it.
Bought this for my mon for mothers day because she wanted a simple way to toast bagels without having to change so many dials. Just have it on toast and press the button down, so simple. It's sleel and stylish. Matches our kitchen without compromising counter space.
I always wanted a toaster oven. Problem was they were counter hogs. I live alone & I hate to clutter my counters with appliances. Finally I found one that fits just right. It works great!!! Having the toaster on top drives me to make more health sandwiches with toasted bread at home vs ordering them out. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! a quick invention. Potato hash brown, ham, cheddar cheese and tomato breakfast sandwich! Boom! (in the picture)
I particularly like the fact that I can do two things with it, toast bread or heat up my grilled food or pizza in the mini oven. So far no complains whatsoever, I don't grill anything from the scratch with it though, I use the stove oven for any major grills if that helps

A good fit on my small sailboat, this is my second HB toastation to replace the previous unit due to a malfunction with the oven temp control after many years of use. I was somewhat surprised that the electrical cord on the new unit is much shorter and now need to use an extension cord to reach the mounted AC outlet. Otherwise I am happy with this product for its' intended use and recommend it for anyone living in tight spaces.
I bought this to downsize and am quite pleased with it. Toasts great. The oven is small. Very small. Works great for a few fries and chicken fingers. Overall satisfied with this item.
Great product. The only draw-back is not being able to toast a thick piece of pizza because the basket that holds the bread comes down into the oven area and would touch and burn the top. Works great reheating thin slice pizza though. Toaster is great. You have to keep the oven temp low when baking so that tops of food doesn't brown too quickly. Overall pretty good value for the money.
My kids and I are enjoying all you can do with a toaster oven. Instead of using the oven for small items we have used the toaster oven and they can help much more! It heats so quickly but the only con is there is no timer so in combo with heating so quickly, being new toaster oven owners we have had a few burnt items. Were using the timer on the stove or microwave but will look for that as a must have next time. Our toaster broke and this was our replacement for that and we are very happy with new features compared to just a toaster. It does heat the bottom of the toast more than the rest of the slice but we just drop the darkness level down to compensate.
The toasting feature works very poorly. The bread slips off of the rake that holds it and slips between the wall of the machine and the rack. Then it is most difficult to remove the bread from the machine. I would not buy this again and will inquire how I can return this item. Some how there should be a way to keep the bread from falling into the oven area. I would not advise the purchase of this item.
