I would recommend this product to anyone and it was very well packaged. Hutch was exactly how it was described.
Took a few hours for assembly. Looks nice and sturdy after assembly.
Absolutely love it! Looks like expensive craftsman furniture. Very nice wood and finish. Directions for assembly very clear and easy.
The Buffet Hutch is even nicer then I imagined it would be. I totally love it and can't stop looking at it. It has completed the look of my dining area. I'm so very happy I chose to purchase this one!!! Thank you.
I bought this kitchen server and hutch because it looked so darm functional and seemed to match my dining set from rooms to go pretty closely (the color did match quite well when I finally got the hutch). Assemly took almost 5 hours between me and my boyfriend, two ELECTRIC screwdrivers and instructions that were clear and concise. I was a little disappointed after it was finally put together, to find out that the drawers are not as big as they appear from the outside of the hutch making them almost useless for what I wanted to use them for (my nice silverware caddy won't fit and placemats will not fit). Overall, the quality of the product was good. The wood looks and feels solid and I can imagine keeping this in my family for many years to come (this is not some shoddy piece of furniture you would normally get only to have it fall apart in a few years)-- I dont know if it was worth $550 including shipping and tax but its the most functional server / hutch I have found to-date. My only complaint on the quality end is that one of the doors to the hutch part came cracked and its an ordeal to have a replacement sent to me (if I can even get a replacement). This really is a beautiful piece of furniture and very well made overall, so I am not too disappointed with the faults I have discovered.
I am very pleased with the look and style of this hutch, especially for the price we paid. This is the second furniture item I have bought by this brand, and I have been very happy with my purchases. Most hutches are too bulky for our small kitchen & this was just the perfect size!
This product took forever to put together. I had 3 people working on it. Some of the holes didn't match up and we had to drill new holes! It wasn't an inexpensive product, and for a little more money, I would recommend purchasing something that is already made and a little better quality. I will NEVER purchase another piece of knock down furniture again. Oh, they give a toll free number to call if you have problems putting it together. Call the number and they say they'll get back to you within 24 hours!!!! There is NOBODY to speak to! Plus, once you open the package, it's nearly impossible to return!!!
I have had trouble with the locking cams. They were tightened as tight as the cam and screw would allow but did not lock. I love the look but am frustrated in trying to complete the furniture.
