We bought this for our two year old for her birthday and she LOVED it! We had a whole pool party set up in the backyard but she went right for the little cottage instead. Every minute she gets, she is in the backyard playing in, on and around this fun little cottage. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as a seriously good buy.
I bought this playhouse as an addition to my playroom specifically for my youngest 1 year old granddaughter. She loves it! I have 5 other granddaughters ages 7, 6, 4, 3, and 2 that enjoy playing in it too. The playhouse is small in size, was easily put together, fits well indoors and is cute. If you are looking for something substantial in size, this isn't the playhouse for you. The table and chairs are very small even for my toddler. When any of my granddaughters visit, they head straight for the playhouse.
I bought this for my daughter, who is 2 1/2, but on the tall side. The size of this playhouse is perfect for her. I can even sit on the floor with her (and I'm a pretty large gal) I was so impressed with how simple it was to put together. Honestly, I was picking this up from Wal-Mart 5 hours ago, and we've already put it together and played in it quite a bit (enough for me to see that she adores her new 'house') I'm very happy with my purchase and for such a low price, it can't be beat. With all this said, I would say I wouldn't recommend to a family with more than one toddler. I can see how space might get tight. And I wouldn't recommend for a child older than 4 ish. Also, it is a little flimsy, but for one Benjamin I'm not complaining! Definitely a great addition to our toy selection, and I love that it's easy to move from inside use to outdoor use. Great deal!!
Very nice looks exactly like picture and easy to put together. My 16 month old granddaughter loves it especially the real sounding door bell. I added a welcome mat.
The house doesn't feel as sturdy as I would have liked. However for the price it's a nice little house. My daughter loves it but I would rather have bought something higher quality that will last longer. If you are looking for something that's cheap and easily portable this is a great house for you.
This is a very cute house! My 12month old loves it! We got it for her first birthday and she spent the whole day in it! She loves crusing all around inside of it and ringing the door bell! It is small but we bought it as an indoor toy and it fits well in her playroom. The house only has two draw backs. One is that the house its self is a little unsteady on the top, the roof moves Very easy. But its nothing that would effect my daughter playing with it. The other thing is the door comes off alot! It can be popped back in but it does get annoying. I also have two sons 4yrs and 5yrs that like to play in it. And that door is the only part they can get off.
I purchased this playhouse for my 16 month old Granddaughter and it is the perfect size for her. She fits perfectly on the chairs and has had my cousins 2 year old over to play in the house and they both sat inside together. It is not that big but I wanted a house this size to keep indoors. It fits in the living room. The pillars that hold the roof are not that sturdy but nonetheless it is a good buy for the price.
I bought this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She absolutely loves it! It's on the smaller side of most playhouses but she's a big 3 year old and she still fits fine. She the average size of a 5 year old (40" tall and 35lbs.). It's a great size for inside the house and it's nice that the walls only go half way up on 3 sides so that you can see your kids playing inside.
The house is just the right size, I bought it for indoor use. My 23 month old loves this house and even my 10 year old but she cant stand up. Putting the house together does take a little strength if you dont use a power drill but it is possible. My only problem is the door comes off really easy.
The play house came as shown. What they don't show you is how flimsy the construction is. After building according to plan. I added some additional screws for support. All in all my daughter loves it! But I don't think the design is all that well thought out and yields a rather rickety play house.
