I have tried this twice, and was not happy with the volume it gave me. I have short hair, and I wanted to spike it in the front and on top, and this didn't work.
I've used this product for years and it has always been my 'go to' volumizer. The bottles that arrived have a different design label than my old containers (the new ones are not like the photo on Walmart's website) and they've apparently changed the product itself. I have fine hair and Matrix always gave it volume for several days. I've tried it 3 times now, using the same shampoo/conditioner I've always used and my hair is dull and lifeless.......definitely no volume. What a shame that they've changed what was once a great product!
