Great product. Not sticky when you leave it on. I feel it has strenghened my hair. Does not fall out as much as before.

I've been trying to find a product that will help smooth my hair and make it shine. This definitely makes my hair very soft, but I haven't noticed any shine from it. I have gray hair and breaks very easily, but with this product my hair is silky and I have much less breakage. Yes, I recommend it for all types of hair.
