These paint pens are the deal. They seem to never run out of paint easy to cover up with to do whatever with highly recommend them.
I wanted these for a canvas painting that required a lot of outlines and I wanted to make sure they looked straight and evenly painted . These pens were perfect! I followed instructions and shook, then primed them, and the paint started flowing and went on the canvas perfectly. I used the white pen on a black canvas, and there was no need for a second coat. They go on smoothly with no leaking or dripping and look beautiful. They are definitely a great option, especially if you dont want to spend a fortune on the more expensive brand. I would absolutely purchase these again and plan to.
It doesn't bleed across lines as much as other material paints do.Covers alot of area that is surprising for its size .Doesn't fade as time goes by and when washed in hot water and bleach. i prefer using this brand through the years on all of quilts, not only for my use but all I've made for others.Ifyou can color in a coloring book, then this is the material paint to use.
I bought a bunch of black iron kettle bells for my home gym & couldn't quickly determine how much each one weighed without closely examining each one for the small stamp on the side. These opaque marker/painter pens were perfect for the application… I can now see how much each one weighs from across the room. I can see using them on plastic storage containers and glossy surfaces that Sharpies don't always work on. Instructions were spot on. Very easy to use. Fun colors. Will entertain your kids for a few hours… Great price. Win, win.
Used for dot painting and really like them. They worked great.
These paint pens are fantastic—they seem to contain more paint than the POSCA equivalents, but ever so slightly less opaque. I wish this variety pack included yellow in addition to or instead of green, but the quality is undeniable regardless. Still %232 to POSCAs though.
The Painters Medium Point Permanent Paint Pen in neon offers wonderfully bright colors that are perfect for adding vibrant touches to projects. However, inconsistent paint flow due to tip issues can be frustrating. Approach with caution and test on scrap boards before detailed work.
I've had mixed experiences with the Painters Permanent Paint Pen. While they boast excellent colors ideal for various projects, I've encountered frustrating issues. When they work, these pens deliver great colors, perfect for adding flair to artwork or DIY projects. However, the tip often falls out or pushes in unexpectedly, leading to excessive paint flow that can ruin projects. This inconsistency is especially problematic for detailed work. I now test them on scrap boards before use and proceed cautiously. Their inconsistent performance makes it hard to recommend them fully. Be prepared for potential paint flow issues.
The colors are indeed true to the color depicted on the instrument; That is the only positive in this review. The "paint/ink" was difficult to get a consistent flow. It was either an outpour or questioning if it was empty. I ended up compressing the tip in a palette tray so i could use an old paint brush just to add details to my project.
After my markers finally arrived over a month late, which I completely understand was because UPSP has been swamped, they don't work. Instead of the bright vibrant colors they usually are, these are, I guess you could say watery for lack of a better word. Ill include pictures of the ones I received compared to the ones I went in store and got. I've used this brand for years so I'm assuming this was either a bad batch or the weather and sitting during transport got to them. The one star is for this specific purchase, not the markers as a whole.
