My 2 year old grandson was so happy when he saw his new truck and is having tons of fun playing with it. Although the truck is a bit pricey I am very happy that I made the purchase. The truck is well built and sturdy and I'm sure my grandbaby will have lots of playtime enjoyment with it for years to come. I love it as much as my grandson.
This is the fourth one I purchased. The first is 2 1/2 and going strong. We don't take it in the water , it is metal. Purchased a plastic one this size for the water and beach. ( Target) Every time I give this as a gift, I'm always told it is the favorite od all toys.
So far so good, this was given to a 5 year old boy, he has played with it and even been pushed around in it.
My grandson's first dump truck. He got it for his 2nd birthday. I all must did not get it because of the cost. When he took it out of the box with the help of is mother everyone loved it young and old. Nice and big. The bed of the dump truck is steel. I am hoping you get what you pay for and it will last him for many years of fun.
Just delivered today, and it's perfect! my beautiful boy is so happy with it! It's perfect for children who love "stacking and filling" activities. We bought this because our son was sad that none of his trucks were big enough to carry all of his dinosaurs. Problem solved! ^-^
I bought this for my grandson's third birthday. Originally I searched for Tonka trucks like my boys used to love so much, but they just don't make 'em like they use to. Then I saw this John Deere truck at Walmart. It is very big and has the steel bed, so it can haul lots of sand, dirt, rocks, or whatever the little guy decides to put in it. My son says he plays with it everyday, inside and outside.
The truck is so much bigger and nicer than I thought.. Great value ... excellent buy.. My grandson is gonna love it..
This is a great value..quality was much better than expected..most of the dump truck is made of steel..not plastic as was anticipated.
We purchased these trucks to use as easter baskets and both our son (5) and dtr (3) can not get enough of driving them around. Highly recommend!
Compaired to instore options availble for a truck this size Id have to say this was the best way to go. My boy is big for his age and at 15 months is running around like a wild man already. He loves to push cars and trucks around and has a habbit of loading things in and out of containers for no apparent reason so this was perfect. It comes up right to his waist so he can push it around loaded up with ease. The dump bed is metal while the rest of the truck is plastic but for indoor use so far it has done great. I dont see him having an issue pushing it across the yard come summer time.
