This cream has shining particles in it; it basically looks like a highlighter on the skin. They did not mention it anywhere on the package or in the description! It gives a metallic "glam glow" effect, which I wasn't looking for, and has very toxic vibes. I'd expect something like that from Sephora or Loreal cosmetics but not from $70 premium cream! I'm trying to shop for clean safe products and I'm not looking to apply any highlight on my skin. At this point, I'm disappointed in Skinseutical products in general. I used to think it was a clean premium brand, but I guess it's nothing but marketing, and they use the same old trick as low-priced brands, by adding shining powder into their products to imitate a healthy skin appearance.
