Easy to use, consistent reliable results every time
Product came as expected and was just as described on the website.
I like Rit's color selection and tips for satisfying results.
This product is very easy to use. I found very specific and clear directions on their website and if you follow them to the T you will get the desires end result.
My husband had a sun faded carhartt jacket. We picked a darker color to insure coverage. We followed directions to a T. We used plastic tote. Stirred constantly. Turned out perfectly. No fading after the first wash.

My favorite dye. Been using it for over 20 years.
I absolutely love being able to scan as I shop. My only suggestion is to maybe have a separate place for us to scan our bar code. Waiting in line at the self checkout kind of defeats the purpose of having the ability to scan and go.
I could not figure out how to fill my washer to add the dye before I put the cloth in. My washing machine will not feel until the lid is locked.
I was sent the incorrect item and the normally easy return has been pretty difficult. Still trying to get this resolved
