According to CYC, the Craft Yarn Council, it is supposed to be 5.25mm for the I hook. I also have an afgan hook size I/9 which is 5.5mm which is standard also according to CYC.
DO NOT BUY THIS HOOK. It is NOT the standard size I crochet hook. This hook is 5.25 mm instead of the standard of 5.5 mm. This could make a noticeable difference in your project gauge .
