[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO EXCITED to try these. I've always been a loyal fiskars consumer but there have always been such limited options for left handed scissors. These are comfortable in my hand, they are perfectly sharp, not too heavy, and the logo on them that says Gingher looks awesome. What's even better is that they came with a cover! Scissors like these are meant to be well taken care of and stored properly. The cover protects the blades and most importantly, the tips of the scissors. It also fits like a glove!! Fiskars really outdid themselves with these!

They are very well made and feel comfortable in the hand. They look great and should give me years of use without problems. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting a high end cutting shear for your clothes and crafting needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is by no means a professional seamstress but she dabbles and has recently be into sewing and wanted some new shears. These are absolutely amazing. Well built, heavy duty, and made with a southpaw in mind. These are Ned Flanders and wife approved. Lefties unite and demand more left-handed products. These shears allows her to actually "see" her cuts and fit comfortably in her hand. The included sheath ensures the shears are protected and prevents unwanted injuries should they fall. These are made in Italy and feel robust, professional, heavy duty, high quality and everything more you come to expect from a fine product. She uses my clipper or to lube the blades and pivot points. Only a bit is required but that depends on usage. Did I mention the full lifetime warranty? You don't see that anymore so don't hesitate. You will not regret picking these wonderful shears up. Now I need to convince her to make some dresses for the girls.
These are the best shears for sewers. Being left handed, these are hard to get. Thank you for having them. This is my 4th pair. You can send back to factory to be sharpened

True left-handed scissors that are sharp and hold their edge. I should have bought these years ago! Worth it!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love these Gingher left handed trimmers. I can use both my hands for many things but tend to use my left hand a lot more. All left handed scissors, trimmers, etc just don't cut it. They seem like a right handed person developed them because they never seemed to work properly. Gingher on the other hand really paid attention to detail with these trimmers for left handed people. They let me cut a long piece of fabric without have to lift it. I can cut straight through my line markings. The bent design really makes a difference. Also these babies cut like butter, so smooth and precise. They are what's important when you want your cuts exact and you don't want some trimmers that barely cut straight through. I can't see any company outdoing this company for left handed trimmers. These work for what they are intended for. Top quality trimmers. It's also nice the it comes with a cover because I'd hate to cut myself on these because they cut that well!

I never realized I had to get special scissors for my left handed daughter till I saw her cut with them and it wouldn't work. These come in handy when she makes masks for herself and her friends from school. She can cut through both layers of fabric with ease. She loves that it comes with a case for it to keep them clean, and puts it on when walking around with them so nobody loses a toe or two.
