I replaced an existing Arrow 10 X 14 shed that had been up for over 25 years with this new one. Quality and construction has not changed over time. Assemble took 2 men four days to complete and the instructions were very detailed. Sam's Club had the best price on the shed and included free delivery. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.
Bought the shed couple weeks ago after getting my permit from town it's up! Took about 2 and half days and day for levelling and squaring base made out of wood! It wasn't hard to put together instruction were good, could have been clearer and better picture!! Overall good product! Def need 2 and 4 ppl in places.
Shed comes quickly by delivery on a skid in a box approx 7 1/2 foot by 34 inches, 8 inches deep. approx 330 lbs. can easily be removed from box in large chunks and relocated (they deliver to your door, chances are shed is going in back yard). I moved shed in parts from front door to back yard in about 10 trips using my legs and arms, no machines. Shed comes with easy to follow instructions. One screw size and one bolt size. Simple! no guessing. Screw or bolt/nut its that easy. (with the exception of 8 black screws and 4 acorn nuts for doors and door frame) it gives you about 200 extra screws and nut/bolts so if you lose some in the grass don't worry, lots of extras!. (don't lose black screws and acorn nuts, no extra)[ (or else improvise)]. be careful losing too many washers, they dont give you lots of extras. Can be completely assembled "alone" in 1-2 days (watch your weather)[2 people would be easier]. a second person is not really needed except to fasten a nut/bolt while you are on the other side. essentially all panels and framing can be assembled by one person. Though not reccomended, if improvised properly it can be done by one person.
This is a little long to put together but it is Worth the time. This is a large shed and I believe that it will last. The colors make it look attractive.
Not a great many complaints with regards to this shed - but really, give yourself a long weekend to get this done. I put this up with my wife who is 5 foot nuthin and yes it was a challenge. This really is not so much a project for somebody with limited building experience and guys - Robertson screws would have made this job 100 times easier, the Phillips screwws can be an exercise in frustration. Now we shall sit back and see how the shed fares through a Cobourg winter... :-)
Nice shed. Lots of room. Nothing fancy. However it was a big pain in the neck to assemble. Too many screws. Instruction booklet could have been clearer. It was written for professionals, not a novice like me.
The first impression out of the box is that the metal walls, etc. are extremely thin and flimsy. The finished building (after 10 hours each by 3 mechanically-skilled men) seems stable, but still inspires little confidence in its durability. In addition, the door support is poorly designed (weak) and the opening is only about 5 feet high. If I were starting over, I would opt for a more-expensive but far sturdier wooden building.
Just putting shed together and got it done in a full day and two full evenings. Instructions could have been a lot better. Don't like how the roof seems come together and that you have to use tape to seal the roof openings. Other than that its big and am not sure if it was a better choice over wood or plastic. Only time will tell.

This product was an absolute bear to put together - the instructions were horribly confusing, to be kind, and you've got to be detailed with surgical precision to get all items placed accordingly. The steel appears paper thin and I am afraid it won't last past the first wind in the fall, let alone the harsh winters. I would not recommend this product - we had neighbours stop in as we were putting it up and advised them against purchasing this, as well. Not an easy process, not a sturdy building....there are better products out there and we are building another one right now as a replacement. I wish we hadn't wasted the money and the time it took to put together. :(
