I never knew this option existed with Walmart! We will be buying again. The experience was flawless! Tech contacted us the day before - showed up on time - was friendly and professional - would absolutely hire again!
I purchased a Moen kitchen faucet on a Sunday With the installation service. The faucet arrived on Tuesday. I Received the install Email on Monday for the kitchen faucet to be installed on Thursday around noon. The Angie service representative Pro Steve did a very good job with the installation and is a very capable installer. The installation was as advertised and everything works.
I installation by an Angi Professional is a joke. I had someone show up on a Monday after 9:30 am granted my appointment was at 9 AM and then no call or confirmation to confirm appointment or to let me know he was running late. Then put together the reverse osmosis filtration system and just left it under my sink. He did not install and never bothered calling me to let me know anything. Then I call to explain my situation and they can't have any one out until the following Monday 7/31 only to have a repeat situation with a different “Angi Professional” this time I received a text to call “David the professional “ only to be told by David that he doesn't have time this morning because he's on another job and he would try to make it on or around 3pm and here it's 4:15pm and I received a call from David that he doesn't have time today because of the other job he's on and he could try and make it tomorrow. This has been the most unprofessional “professional “ service I've ever had to deal with. I'm returning the product and requested a refund for the installation service I paid for ($124.00) and now I have to wait 5-7 business days to see if it gets approved to be refunded. Below are the pictures of how this was just left under my sink.
THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I ORDERED AN ITEM WITH ANGI INSTALLATION. EVERY TIME, THE PROVIDER SAID THEY WOULD BE EITHER NOT INSTALLING THE ITEM I BOUGHT(THAT COSTS MORE) OR THEY'D NEED EXTRA MEN AND EXTRA HOURS AND PARTS TO INSTALL IT (THAT COSTS A WHOLE LOT MORE). I WAS TOLD THIS ABOUT THIS SINK BEFORE THE PLUMBER EVEN SAW MY BATHROOM. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!
the purchase has nothing to do with what I had they wanted me to sign up for... because of that there will be somebody who doesn't get paid from the other end... it was very unclear what was happening and I did not understand what needed to be done... the best I can hope for now is I get my money back
had an appointment for 1100am. received a message around 1200pm to calla number. called number was told someone would call and no one ever did. after many attempts to contact someone failed. Angi pro didn't show up until 230pm. 3 n half hours late never called or text when he showed up i sent him on his way.
Our first installer was a no-show. Our second installer did show up, but didn't set aside enough time and had to leave without completing the job. At that time he had damaged the garage door tensioners, and the door was unable to close. Upon his second visit to finish the install, he was unable to complete this service. Please send a refund to my account.
Not hooked correctly caused a flood of water. Dishwasher could not drain. The drain punch out was not done causing dishwasher not to drain but on the floor
Angi has yet to complete installation. Angi rescheduled installation 5 times. Only one tech showed up. Didn't finish the job, left everything in disarray and never returned.
