Excellent service. Punctual! He came prepared with everything necessary to assemble bicycle right out of the box. William’s personality and work ethic was a pleasant addition to our home. Kirk did an excellent job assembling 2 bikes for me. He was very detailed and helped answer all questions I had regarding my new bike. He was professional, arrived for the job timely and finished it off very well as well. Will surely recommend him to anyone who is looking for bicycle assembly.
Nick was very professional and friendly, even though he couldn’t mount my bicycle because the item came defective. James did a great job, put my adult trike together in good time. He was super knowledgeable and had plenty of experience. I took the bike for a ride after he left and everything was smooth. I never requested this. Once cancelled, I was pestered with multiple texts. In the end, someone was sent anyway had to make the trip to my home just to be turned away. The one star rating is one star too many.
