easy to assemble
I'm glad that we bought the sauna. Good for our health.
Wasn't sure what to expect since there were no reviews on this product. I reviewed other brands from other online sales companies and those reviews were good but quality was always their biggest complaint. So I took a chance on Sam's product because history has taught me they always seem a much higher quality product but not necessarily cheaper. In this case is was a bit higher but the quality was exceptional. Very well made and very well packaged to prevent shipping damage. The cedar smells amazing, and the wood is very high quality. The electrical wiring is very heavy duty and very well routed to be hidden and protected. The glass is very thick and the door is completely sealed with magnetic latches. I've only had it a month and hope it will last a long time. Oh and it has a 7 year warranty.
We've had our sauna up & running for a week now. It was somewhat challenging to put together as instructions are generalized. You need some knowledge & tools for assembly. Some of the bench pieces were slightly crooked making assembly a bit challenging. Overall, I LOVE the sauna for our home & would recommend the finished product. If you're not handy, I recommend spending the extra money either for assembly, or I would buy a sauna (another brand if necessary) delivered assembled. As for the product itself, we love the dry heat versus steam sauna. The radio & Bluetooth features work great, and all features are as described in the literature. I would recommend this to a friend so long as they are capable of assembly as my husband was. I absolutely could not have done it without the strong manpower (and several hours) he provided.
We have had it for a little over 2 months and the lights are going out on it but it still works. Frustrating because of the price. But functions fine.
