I wasn't sure what to expect, however this spa is amazing! The quality is top rate. The assembly went well. We were inflated, filled, chemically balanced and to 95 degrees (temperature we set to) within 24 hours. By the way, we live in the Northeast, so it hasn't been exactly warm.... I highly recommend this product if a small affordable spa is what you are looking for.

Had product for 2 weeks now no complaints at all the instruction manual is a little vague but after setting up worrying your putting together wrong you realize its pretty Much a no brainier all you do is air it up the pump does it all check pressure. Connect labeled connectors and fill it up with water pretty simple!! The water temp rise is good takes a few hours its a 110 unit that's expected vs 220 unit.. and the bubbles has plenty of action... I'm glad I found this product didn't realize intex made a portable spa that was this affordable oh and the side walls there very solid feeling I weigh 200 and I can sit on wall with hardly no deflection spa only has 1 pound of air according to the little gauge that comes with. The little key looking things is the lock the cover buckles I figured out didn't see in manual
I set this spa up on my deck in about 45 minutes. The water was heated to 104 degrees after about 24 hours. My wife and I love this spa. It really helps with muscle and joint pain after a long day at work.
Absolute incredible find!!! This Spa does the trick. For years my husband wanted to install a bubble tub in our bathroom, but the size of our bathroom and the cost of the tub and installation stopped that idea. This bubble spa is the perfect solution and we can use it anywhere. I set it up on our small backyard patio and surprised him after work. It was delivered on Thursday and I left it in the garage with a sheet over the box until Friday morning. I asked a girlfriend to come over and help me set it up, but actually didn't really need her help other than to move the box outside. We had it set up in less than 30 minutes and started filling it with water immediately. It was really easy. About 8:30 in the morning I turned on the heater and by 5pm it was already showing 94 degrees. He got home shortly after 6pm and I had a nice dinner ready for my honey. When I took him outside to see the new Spa he was thrilled. We both had a great time relaxing in our new toy. The water got to 98 degrees which was really excellent to soak for over an hour and catch up on his day. I was surprise how easy it was to set up and use. This is a great purchase and comes with all the manuals and stuff to set it up. I have to buy chlorine but it comes with a cute little dispenser to hold the tablets. When I told my husband the price he did not believe me. He thought I had spent much more. He's super happy and I'm really happy too. I highly recommend this Spa for couples. It was a great weekend.
No bulky hard seats like a traditional hot tub. Perfect pool for the kiddos as well. The bubbles are not massaging jets but still a very relaxing spa

OK,here is my review after setting it up and using it for 4 days. Extremely well made for the price. Very easy to set up. Takes about 16 hours to get the water from cold to hot when first filled, but once it gets there it's heavenly.The bubble function is impressively powerful. There are no seats,but the ground pad included makes it soft so sit in. Although it is advertised to fit 4 people (well yeah it does ..but) with more then 2 people in it everyone's legs are touching and crossing each others which is awkward.My husband and I love it and are pleased with its quality and functionality at the price we paid but we both agree it is best enjoyed with just 2 people in it.
Shipment was received sooner than stated, this was great! Pump assembly was damaged; cracked or broken in at least 7 spots. After getting past Intex's lousy automated phone system and two repesentatives that had "difficult to understand" language skills (foreign language), a replacement pump assembly was quickly delivered and Spa is now working great. A starter chemical kit would have made this purchase even better.
"Hey dude, I just bought an inflatable hot tub." That's what I was telling people I did with my tax refund. It sounded like a bad idea coming out of my mouth and no one believed it would work out well for me. I had modest to low expectations but now two weeks in I'm very pleasantly surprised. Easy to set up, easy to use and relatively durable. No leaks for me or bad motors or anything. Only complaint is more of a half complaint. When you use the bubbles it does cool down the tub. I actually sort of like that because the tub is cooling down the longer I'm in it. Otherwise I think I'd want to get out sooner. But that's just me.
