Just replaced a fairly expensive gas trimmer that went in for 2nd repair in 2 years to find out it cost tooo much to fix this time . Trimmed 8 different types of hedges in 30 minutes and did a very nice job .Compared to the gas unit it is so much easier , faster , lighter . Wish I would have tossed the gas one the 1st time it needed repairs . I think you will be pleased .
Lightweight, but powerful! I trimmed and shaped two overgrown hollies in less than an hour. The battery charges quickly and slips back on the end of the trimmer easily. Time for Tim the Tool Man grunts....
You don't get the weed eater 20" cordless, you get a Serenelife corded hedge trimmer. I ordered twice. Its clearly the WRONG product displayed. I alerted the seller also, and its still not taken down or fixed. Terrible service. This is why I dont order from walmart.
This product worked for two weeks then broke down, the blades became detached from the unit inside the case. It sat at an authorized repair station for three week then I was told they could not find parts for it, presumably because the model is so new. This model is not even shown on the WeedEater web site and online parts stores do not list this HT 20V model. I contacted Customer Service at WeedEater where I got the predictable runaroud and was put onhold for 30 minutes before I got feedup and hung up. Their customer service is as bad as their product! Also, be aware, Walmart return policy is only 30 days on this product whereas the normal period is 90 days.
