I like that this dispenser is bottom fed I don't have to lift up the water bottle anymore i do like that it will tell you when the bottle needs to be replaced and has both hot and cold indicators
I highly recommend this water dispenser!! I am a Walmart associate and when I first saw these come into the store i was intrigued. This is my second machine and i am not disappointed. I still have the first one and it has been going strong for over 10 years. This second one goes perfectly in my RV. I dont usually write reviews and i dont gain anything for writing them but i definately wanted to write one for this to share my excitement of this machine! The highlight of this machine is that the water jug is loaded in at the bottom. A 5 gallon water jug is pretty heavy for me and the shape is awkward, so trying to lift it up and flip it over on a top loading machine without flooding the floor is pretty comical! They do sell special lids for the jug that help keep it from spilling but i don't have the strength, time and patience to deal with it so the bottom loader is perfect! You just insert the siphon and push the jug into the compartment and its tucked away behind a door. The machine has a pretty sleek look so it blends in just about anywhere and is not a big eyesore. The water gets cold pretty fast and the hot water feature is awesome. Hot water on demand for tea, hot cocoa, and even instant soups. It encourages everyone to drink more water when they can get it ice cold whenever they want. Plus it saves on plastic bottles building up in the garbage and it is only $2.19 at my local walmart to refill the 5 gallon jug! I keep an extra jug on hand so that it is always available. You will not be disappointed!
I've only had the product for (1) but I love it so far. I selected this unit because the top loader units are too top heavy and my pets might knock them over. I like that you can shutoff the hot & cold tanks individually. I like the drip container has a full indicator. I absolutely the color because it fits the decor' in my kitchen.
At first, the cold water wouldn't stop and I figured it might be a physical issue. I got on YouTube and saw the video to fix it. I suppose that happened due to transit. But it works very nicely. Isn't loud and great for my loft office. And to make a cup of hot tea while I'm doing my studies is perfect!
The machine itself is really nice, looks sleek and puts out very hot or very cold water, great for hot tea or just keeping hydrated. My issue with the whole purchase has been that it arrived dented and the bottom door doesn't stay shut well, and if the door isn't shut the water will not flow for safety. I initially complained when it arrived and someone called me from my local walmart but when I call back I can't get a hold of that person. Basically the customer service behind this item has left the whole experience feeling insufficient.
Just arrived today, looks great then plugged it in and water starts POURING OUT all on its own. Shut off, unplug and the only way we can get water to stop is by pushing in on the pour buttons! WHAT...seriously, this has obviously been put together wrong ... Really wanted to love this, never had a bottom load water dispenser before. We are starting return on it and very disappointed!!!!!
It had a big dent in it when I unboxed it. I talked to a Walmart Customer Service person who told me they'd give me $40 refund if I kept it. So I put a 5 gal water bottle in it and pressed the button to see if it would work. Then it would not stop running water. Had to unplug and remove bottle and empty reservoir to stop water flow. Waited for customer service to call back, but they never did.
Cooler came with a huge dent in it. Walmart would not give me the option to replace it at the pre Black Friday price I paid. I could only return to the store which wasn't an option because of no close store or ability to take it back. Disappointed.
I was so excited and looking forward to this purchase as we had been researching dispensers for our home. Shipping was fast and arrived in 2 days. After setting the machine up it worked fine for a few hours. We only use it a few times for cold water, never turned on or used the hot side. That night I walked over to the machine and water was all over the floor and leaking from the hot water side. Sad to have to return it, I really wanted it to work!!!
When I opened the box, there's a hole at the top of the dispenser. I paid $135 ish and this is what I get. I am stuck with this because they would want me to return this on their store, which I can't do it due to my back conditions.
