They are too heavy, can you lighten the up may remove some of the hydrogen and add more oxygen or just fill them all with Coors Light.
Love the water and price
We get this because our well water isn't good for drinking. It's never in stock, we're lucky if we happen to find it in stock. Price has raised too.. people can't win… so sad
The water is great. Would like to be able to exchange the empties for full easier. I usually exchange 6-8 empties at a time. It would be helpful to be able to enter in 6 x the exchange price at the self-checkouts. Now I have to enter water in the search bar and then choose the exchange and then do it 6-8 more times.
I like to use the 5 Gal water exchange due to the process of making sure that everything is sanitized and purified. I will not give a 5 star review because the ticket processor at the kiosk is never working and I have to go to Walmart customer desk to receive the exchange coupons.
I would like Walmart to offer BPA free bottles like its competitors. I am hopeful Walmart will start offering BPA free plastic like they do with most items .
I have six 5 gallon jugs on hand and a dispenser. Last time I had to buy a new bottle, they had a recycle bin that gave a $4 credit towards the purchase of a new one. Not anymore. It's a shame that a bottle of water costs almost $8 nowadays and then you have to pay an additional 30 cents a gallon at a water station just to have tolerable drinking water! And this is on top of being gouged for city water at $100 a month.
I was charged a 5 gallon water and didn't get one
Hit and miss with this company. Sometimes you get leaks before opening them. I've seen the interior seals floating in the water. I don't trust their sanitary conditions. I need the convenience of quick pick up and go. I exchange 5 at a time. Wish there was better options out there. Such a pain to use refill stations at the grocery stores. Using a garden hose at my niece's house out in the country would be a better option all around.
Disappointed after been primo customer for around 4 years, you believe it is closed purified water, but in last month I got one with a trash of cookies wrapper and today with dark slime. Totally disgusting.
