READ THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU USE THE PLUMBER TAPE. I HAVE USED ON GARDEN TRACTOR, MINIVAN AND TRUCK TIRES AND IT WORKS GREAT AS LONG AS YOU PRESS REALLY HARD ON THE FILL VALVE. I LET COMPRESSOR TANK GET FULL BEFORE I START FILLING TIRE. REMEMBER TO DRAIN TANK WHEN FINISHED ESPECIALLY IN HUMID WEATHER AS TANK COLLECTS A FAIR BIT OF WATER. WITH 3 ROAD VEHICLES, 2 RV'S,1 ATV, 2 WHEEL BARROWS, 2 DOLLY'S AND A GARDEN TRACTOR THERE ARE A LOT OF TIRES TO FILL AND FOR THE PRICE ITS THE BEST I HAVE EVER OWNED. CAN'T ATTEST TO ITS LONG TERM RELIABILITY BUT IT SEEMS LIKE A WELL BUILT SOLID UNIT.
Got this compressor to use with my RV, good to fill the tires, clean out the AC unit, hot water heater, the rear of the refrigerator and burner unit, and for cleaning out the furnace. Nice little unit will store in a RV compartment without using a lot of space. This unit is priced right and has worked very well. You might need to buy extra fittings depending on what you plan to do, Walmart stores carry extra fittings. This unit should also work good for a small stapler or nailer and a small paint sprayer. It is not big enough for a air impact wrench or big air tools. Great for the small stuff.
So nice to order this online and have it come right to our house. Seems to work great for a good price.
This is a recognized brand name for compressors and that was one of the reasons I ordered it. The other reason is because some other small ones I saw on other sites failed to include any accessories. What good is a small air compressor without even a hose? This one comes with a coiled plastic hose, along with a head for inflating tires and a spray head to be used as a blow off gun. It also has a needles for filling basketballs and such. These are used with the spray gun handle. Also, both of the accessories come with quick connect fittings, negating the need for tools every time you change them. The only drawback is the sound level, which is extremely loud. I would recommend wearing earplugs during any use of this product.
I bought this after a recommendation from a fellow RVer in a North Dakota. It's handy to have if you need to check your tires before leaving the campgrounds. An excellent value for my needs, 80 PSI. It does take longer than a gas station compressor but then it's a lot more convenient not to have to try and position my rig in a fuel stop. For an RVer I'd recommend one of these in your tool chest.
In my opinion, a pump that advertises 110 psi should be capable of achieving this psi(it is) but also keep it close to that when using it. I believe the tank is big enough for a good buffer but the pump itself is not big enough to hold even 30 psi when in use. It will probably work fine for some applications and it does seem to be made well. I am a bit disappointed.
Very loud wear ear plugs its o.k. for small jobs. the tank leaks down to fast. But alright for a portable.
Con: The unit is super loud and the coil hose is too stiff and won't reach 25 ft without kinking. Hose will fly back hard if I let go of it. I bought another non-coiled hose which works much better with the unit. Pro: Unit is light weight and easy to store and move around the work area.
the item is a great help to keep tires inflated in time of need but it takes too long to build up air pressure when needed Im not sure what can be done to change this but it definately needs looking into
Not sure what this thing could be used for. It takes 15-20 minutes to fill when empty. Put in two finishing nails and it takes 5 more minutes to fill again. If made as much air as it does noise it might be ok. Very noisy is an understatement. Total waste of money. This manufacturer was always known for cheap useless tools so I am not really sure why I bought it.
