good tool , and price is fair , have used it several times on large bolt heads , and the `jaws' do stay tight -- HOPE IT IS AMERICAN MADE !
good wrench, great price, I like the expanded jaw opening from the older style.
Feels good in your hand, solid construction, but the metal started to rust within a week. While sitting in my garage, never left out or in water. It still performs as it should.
This is made with a low quality metal that rust too fast.
