This is an awesome inflator. We just recently had to replace our old Coleman pool after 5 wonderful years of use, which we got at Walmart too by the way. This inflator will come in very handy for all the pool floaties! It's small and compact so will first in small places. It will also fit the bill for our yearly camping trips! This little thing will suit our needs for blowing up our air mattresses!! Its a good quality pump too! Looks like its going to last us quite some time! Can't wait to get our summer started!!! One thing to keep in mind is that it does NOT come with a battery. You will need to purchase that separately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this not sure how good it would be and all I can say is it was awesome!! My life will be so much easier thanks to this product. I even showed it to my dad and he was highly impressed!!! I highly recommend it!
I got tired of inflating my twin size air mattress with a shop vac so I looked for something more portable. I wanted to be able to take it to motels. This inflator is just the ticket. It does a great job, and works with a 20 volt battery. Battery and charger are sold separately on this model, and this does not fit a Black & Decker battery. This would be great for pool toys, and kiddy pools also.
At first, I did not expect a power tool to be a substantial source of efficiency for filling up our pool floats. We own a manual and electric pump that we currently use for our blowup beds, but this is so much better!!!! The time to fill up a large float felt like mere seconds. I think it took only a couple of minutes, but by the time to adjust the float to circulate the air, it was full. Love this!!! This is definitely going to be a great summer addition to our shed next to the pool floats. Happy Summer!!!
I got the Hart 20V high volume low pressure inflator and I really love it. I already had the battery, which does not come with, and could not wait to try it. Its so powerful. Its a inflator/deflator. It has high volume power. Comes with 2 nozzles. I have alot of pool floats that always loose air over time. I can not take my Hart inflator and get them all filled up within minutes, instead of going to the gas station to fill them. So convenient and lightweight. I am so happy with this product!!!
this pump is very nice. It works great on blow up mattresses. We've used it on both of our queen size mattresses and they inflate them rather quick compared to the old "C" and "D" battery mattress pumps. It also has a deflator port which makes for a quick take down process. If you are camping I would definitely have 2 fully charged Hart batteries just in case.
I absolutely love this thing, works way better than I expected. There are many ways to inflate things, I have a 4-D cell battery inflator that I used for camping I have a plugin one for home and then for smaller things I could just use a bicycle pump... But now I have this rechargeable handheld air pump that is way faster than my battery powered camp pump and faster than the plugin one, And I don't mean a little faster I mean like ridiculously faster, I was really surprised by how fast this thing blew up a Queen size air mattress. That would normally take me at least 10 minutes or so with my plugin pump but I knocked out in probably less than 2 minutes I believe. Just to test it out I broke out a big giant enormous bounce house that we've had in storage for a few years and blew thing up in no time, I am very very impressed for this air pump and cannot wait to take a camping or open the pool and blow up all that stuff. Also just to clarify that this pump is for blowing up inflatables in low pressure things like air mattresses beat ball's stuff like that, this is not for airing up tires or high pressure items. But still it's indispensable in everyone should have one of these around the house.
The 20V High-Volume Low-Pressure Inflator does not come with the battery. It does tell you this on the box. It works as described and just as quickly as they say. It will be a great addition to our camper with the inflatable mattresses going up quickly.
Hart has really came out with some great tools. I like this inflator/deflator tool. Rechargeable batteries have come such a long way, that I don't use corded tools anymore. Battery tools are just as strong as corded tools most of the time. I use my new inflator tool to blow up my twin mattress when I go camping. It takes no time to get it filled with air with this tool. After my camping trip. I use it to blow out the back of my van from all the dirt and debris. This tool blows a high-volume of air, so if the debris has any weight to it. You will have to get the tool very close to move the debris. I have found this tools also comes in handy for keeping my workbench cleaned of from all the saw dust and anything else that has accumulated. The battery last a long time. This is a great tool to have around the house and on the go. It has a place to connect a lanyard or a carabiner to hook on to you to keep your hands free in between uses. The tools comes with two nozzles. One wide and one narrow. The tool is very light weight. It feel kind of cheap, but is well built. This tool is used everyday. I don't see how I got along without it. I am sure putting it to the test.
I'd like to start off by saying that it does not come with battery and charger which are both required for this tool to work as it only works with battery (20-Volt Hart battery and charger sold separately). It's pretty expensive battery so I'd recommend buying more Hart products, which share the same battery, if you are looking for additional tools, as that would make your purchase more economical by sharing same battery for multiple tools. That said, I have several pool floats that I often need to inflate and deflate and this thing is made for that very purpose. Also, we usually carry our air mattress when traveling and many times don't find the electric outlet needed for the air pump that came with the mattress. However, this portable Hart tool comes handy to inflate/deflate the mattress and is pretty lightweight to carry along. Deflating used to be a nightmare before I got this handy dandy tool, but now it can do it for me quickly and nicely.
