I now can in 1 minute conquer my chronic going flat tire!!! I've been using a bike pump & what a workout! This did fill my nearly flat tire in 1 minute! It is rather heavy but I'm female, so a guy no problem. It has gauges & goes to 120psi which is WAY MORE than needed even to run a light pneumatic tool as it did so well with my mechanic friends ratchet tool. He was impressed! So, I am going to buy a nail gun which I have been wanting to use with it. One thing to NOTE: It doesn't come with battery & they have 20v 1.5ah & 20v 2ah all over the box, BUT...on the place where u put battery & in manual it says you need a 20v 4AH! And you DO!!! ALSO, the hose kit in the picture you have to buy separately & the one I got at Wal-Mart.com is great, has every possible accessory you'd ever need. I'm sure loving this thing! And forget trying to buy a "knock off" battery, there are NONE for HART tools! Happy girl! Very happy & LOVE this HART TOOL!!!
I have an air hose but it is 30 feet long and would limit the portability of this cool Hart cordless compressor, so I am going to purchase a short hose for it. Be sure to buy an air trigger like the one I have in photos as well as a tire valve and you will find so many more uses for your Hart cordless air unit other than conveniently airing up tires. You can dust off your tool bench, air up a pool toy, clean your lawn mower, blow out the filter in your bag-less vacuum, and walk through your home blowing the dust off your AC vents and intake vents. I think you will be carrying this thing around for many uses if you purchase an air trigger for it. It is easy to carry and the tank holds air with no leaks when your hose is unplugged. Being battery powered and cordless will spoil you.
This little 2 gallon compressor is pretty tough! I love it. I bought the battery it's pretty simple to charge up and pop it on. I use it to air up tires. It's got a nice handle easy to transport! Works great for exactly what I need. Love how portable it is so on the go.Does not take up much space either.
I have had my eye on this Hart Air Compressor for quite awhile and I finally made the purchase. I went with the Compressor without the battery because I have other Hart products that allow me to interchange the battery and use the other chargers. I love the product for it's easy handling, powerful pressure results and how well it's built. Absolutely, no regrets on the money invested on this Air compressor. In fact Hart battery powered tools and equipment has become my go to for quality, power, and usability. I believe mist all purchaser of these Hart produces will agree.
This was my first time using a Hart brand tool and it's a powerhouse! Just got back from a vacation to a flat tire and this compressor filled my tire in seconds. And it's easy to use too- the coupler easily connects to the tire for a quick air fill. The 2 gallon tank allows for air storage, yet is also small enough to both transport and store. The battery and charger are sold separately- so make sure you have these on hand. The battery is universal to all Hart tools, which is my favorite feature. Hart is my new go-to for tools and I highly recommend!
Petite in size, cordless yet mighty. Perfect for airing up tractor tires when it won't reach the electric compressor. It's compact size allows you to take it with you on trips for car tires and doesn't take up much space. We like how the battery (sold separately) can be used interchangeably with other Hart tools.
We can't speak highly enough about this. No compliants. It's size is great, it's not too noisy, it's very easy to use. We love that it doesn't need a cord. This looks very nice and it high quality! Highly recommend mend. We use this for everything from bike/vehicle tires to trim work. Don't have to worry about have a long enough power cord.
What an awesome machine! I really could not be more pleased with it. I especially love that it is battery powered so that I can go mobile and choose between keeping it in the car, using it on the job or in places where electricity does not come easy. The gauges work really great and the handle is nice and sturdy. It is easy to operate and powerful but is not too loud to where I would wake up sleeping children in the area. I am pleasantly surprises with the quality of this product and would recommend it to a friend in a heartbeat!
This unit is light, quiet, easy to carry, did not come with battery. System uses same batteries as other heart tools. This will come in handy during the summer when we blow up a lot of air toys, flat tires, Tires on vehicles and bikes, and some air tools. This 2 gallon and 12psi air compressor has two gauges one for the tank and one for the outlet an easy way to regulate the pressure on the outlet . The Quick Connect was easy to use Easy to connect easy to disconnect . Overall this is a great product and I recommend highly for people to purchase. I like the heart system and have many of their cordless tools and this is a great addition to my toolbox.
I am writing this review about the Hart HPCP01 20V Cordless Air Compressor. The packaging of the Air Compressor was excellent. The compressor was not damaged. Written on the package the Hart company indicated that the 20V 2.0Ah or all Hart's battery and charging kits which are sold separately are needed to operate the device. It lists the specifications, The contents; the 2 Gallon Compressor and the Operator's Manual. The Operator's Manual is written in two other languages--French and Spanish easy to read and understand. With the illustrations at the end of the book, which labels the parts of the Air Compressor. Since I am a novice with the Hart Air Compressor, I had to read the operator manual several times to obtain the user concepts of this device. What other tools and attachments I would need to operate it. This is what I learned about this product. For an individual that has experience using Air Compressors this is “Oh So Easy.” but for the novice, WHEW, intricate. I had to learn: 1. Pressure (amount of air tank pressure) efficiency. 2. Temperature (lack of proper ventilation/room too hot) efficiency. 3. Flow (air output lower than normal) efficiency. 4. Power (amount of energy need from the battery) efficiency. 5. Dew point (excessive water in air tank) efficiency. Drain the tank. The extra items that you will need is; an air hose and a bowl to catch the water when you drain the tank. This device needs a lot of battery power to operate, the manual indicates that the compressor will run on a full battery charge for 30 minutes but it was more like 15 to 20 minutes. Yes, I may have run the battery down because I didn't know how to operate the device. I didn't know what type of air hose to buy and use so I brought two different kinds that would fit the 1/4 in coupler. The Hart Air Compressor did work, and is made of excellent craftsmanship, but it was too extreme for me to work it. I will continue to learn how to operate this tool and how it can be used with everyday projects. Therefore to increase new customers to purchase this item. I would recommend a how to class regarding The Hart Air Compressor and at least two fully charge 20V 2.0Ah batteries. So as the individual will learn how to use it correctly, how to increase the life of the Hart Air Compressor and the batteries.
