This is an ultimate workout tape. From the warm-up until the final moment you will sweat, exert muscles you probably forgot you had and achieve a real sense of having a well rounded workout. Anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, or just stay in shape should purchase this item.
I have had this product in the past and LOVED it but lost it. This one was advertised to come with the power band but it didn't and you need that to do the exercise! So i had to go back to the store and return it.
Great.. however, they don't tell you on site that you need resistant bands
