The product was exactly as described.
Light, easy to assemble and at a great price. Since the shelves are open construction and not solid it is best suited for towels but we added baskets for cosmetics, etc. Very happy with our purchase.
It has to be completely assembled but is not rocket science, I bought it as extension of my walking closet, looks so good that my wife tried to steal it. Once has a nice finishing, can be used at multiple places and looks very resistant too.
Excellent quality. It is much sturdier then a taller one from Amazon. It fits my odd tiny space well. Fits bath towels well.
This rack provided a great resolution to our towel rack problem. I'm a renter sharing a bathroom with another roommate. The landlords did a beautiful job updating our bathroom, but installed only one towel rack, that holds one bath towel. Now we're women, so we like to use more than one towel at a time, so this free-standing rack solved our problem without maring the freshly painted walls. It was easy to assemble:)
Simple addition when extra space is needed. It handles about six folded towels with ease. You gain three bars and a storage rack on the bottom. No need to drill any holes in the wall etc. Easy assembly and it stands on its own where ever you put it.
Holds two full size towels well. Bottom shelf has become newspaper/magazine rack. :)
It's not as sturdy as I expected, but it serves the purpose. Instructions seem easy enough, but there are a couple of gotchas from info left out. 1.Two of the poles have holes that need to be positioned on the back 2. The rail on the bottom shouldn't be put on until the unit is in place behind the toilet.
This towel rack is not sturdy at all. There is also a design flaw in the attachment of the feet. They do not screw in to the legs and fall off if you move the rack. Also standard size bath towels are too long to fit properly and they hit or drag on the shelf, rendering the shelf useless. It was, however, very quick and easy to assemble. If made with a bit heavier materials and a bit taller, it may work much better.
Cheaply made. The saying, "You get what you pay for" Well this Chrome Towel Rack is flimsy and weak! I am constantly tighten the bolts on the legs so that it doesn't fall apart on my sons! I will invest in a much sturdier towel rack..... I will see how long this rack hold up.
