I am just delighted with this magazine rack/toilet paper holder. As other reviews stated, out of the box, magazines and iPads, etc, could fall through the bottom of the magazine holder. However, in less than five minutes I cut a piece of stiff plastic to fit, put it in the bottom, and voila - it is now absolutely perfect! WalMart's price was excellent - if looks far more expensive than what I paid for it. I like the fact that it holds two roles of paper, but most of all, I like that I now have a safe place for my iPad and Kindle and my magazines. I have put a lot of money into accessories for my new custom bathroom, but this looks as nice as the far more expensive items, and it goes with everything else I have chosen. You MUST put something in the bottom to hold your magazines, etc., in, but that is so easy and inexpensive to do, and once it is done, this is the perfect addition to any bathroom with oiled bronze accessories.
I had a stand alone toilet paper holder. This item was easy to install and I love the fact that it holds two rolls! Very nice finish and looks great!
I got this because I wanted a new toilet paper holder and something to hold my magazine without having to put them on the floor. I knew this would be perfect but thought it would be hard to put up. To my surprise it exceeds my expectations. It is of great Quality, It was very easy to put up as well. I am sure it will stay on the wall for as long as I want it to without falling off like the one I had before. I also thought it would only hold one paper when I ordered it, to my surprise it held two thick rolls and room to roll them without any issues. I highly recommend this.
The color is oil rubbed bronze but matches to black really well. It comes with all the hardware neccessary to install which was pretty easy, making sure it was straight was the biggest challenge. I was surprised and pleased that the paper holder is spring loaded and not a screw knob like a similar rack that I have in another bathroom.
This product fit our needs. It holds two rolls of toilet paper and several magazines. The design allows for easy cleaning and looks great on the cypress walls in the bathroom. It is a clean understated design that blends well with the other items in our bathroom. It is a great value for the money.
With one exception: the measurements are not accurate as posted, so consider this when ordering this item; the item is wider than longer and not the other way around. Important note when ordering this item if you want to position this item on a narrow space or corner wall in a comode closet.
We bought this magazine rack for our bathroom. It is very good looking and sturdy. The one major thing that I don't like about it is the fact that the "floor" or bottom that holds the magazines does not go all the way back to the wall. There is a gap which allows magazines to fall onto the floor if you're not careful with placement. The engineering on this could have been better for ease of use.
This product is great! Holds two rolls and your reading material. Screw it in the wall and go! Best part is the spring roll - no more twisting the end to get the roll off.
I recently updated my bathroom with all chrome fixtures and I thought this magazine toilet paper holder would have been perfect with the decor of my bathroom. I am pleased with the price as well as the sturdiness of the product. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because there is a space between the magazine holder and the wall. To cover for that space, I put a bigger book in that spot so that it can't slip through that space. Other than that, I am pleased with the product.
The magazine rack is beautiful and looks good on the wall but it has a space between the wall and the bottom support that is too wide and magazines fall out. About 2 inches wide. I'm going to have to find some way to solve this problem or return the rack.
