No complaints. Filters last a long time. I assume, and hope they are filtering properly.
I liked the price on the filter and that it was delivered to my door. The filter frame was not very sturdy and my unit almost bent it in half when the return vent kicked up.
It doesn't last 3 months. I change this monthly because of how dirty it gets. I'm currently trying the grey packaged one in the same size to see if my money would be better spent with that one instead. We have 3 cats and a shih tzu to give a better idea as to how hard it has to filter.
One of my favorite air filters! You can see the difference when you change it. I change monthly and have a dog. Has helped with my asthma versus the extremely cheap filters.
I like it because of my allergies and it's not too expensive.
Purchased a 20x25x1 because the merv rating is what I wanted. It arrived and installed and noticed it suck it like a bag in the wind when the furnace cycles . This thing probably cost 8 cents to make yet the can put reinforcement bracing on it? I will be exchanging this for a Filtrete merv 11 from Lowes for a few bucks more.
This item was damaged and I want my money refunded!! It looks as if something heavy was on top of it!! Extremely disappointed!
The new design is AWEFUL! Look at the photos here. The filter was perfectly formed when installed. As soon as the AC turned on, the filter frame just started to collapse and bend. When I felt these things I just knew it was going to be trouble so I am happy I monitored it. I put the old filter in and immediately made this review to warn others. I just purchase my year supply (18) of these filters for my 3 AC Units and now I have to return them as they are JUNK!
thin and not delivered in a box so it was broken all up. i still tried to put it in because i didnt have a ride to return it but it wouldnt stay because it was broken in several places.
We purchased these filters thinking they were the usual well made product; however, after 1 month of use the filter had basically collapsed. Advertised as being good for 3 months, we could not have been more disappointed. Definitely not worth buying!
