I ordered 7 filters. Apparently they only had 4. Those were shipped, with the other 3 coming when all were promised 3 days later. I feel that it was beyond the call of customer service to split the shipment but GREATLY appreciated!
We had new HVAC units installed. Our tech recommend a very inexpensive filters. This item is perfect.
Fast processing and delivery. I've used these brands of AC filters before, so I knew they were going to be fine. I did like the fact that they were both delivered the next day.

***** Everything is to like with these filters, from their great efficiency, longevity and to their surprisingly low price! I noticed the difference right away after installing my 1st one a couple of months ago.. I had forgot to replace it after 30 days, which is recommended, and it was actually closer to 60 days when I finally got around to it, but the filter was still doing its job! And I have a smoker in my home, and 2 cats! UNBELIEVABLE in my opinion! You just CAN'T go wrong with these filters, VERY pleased! Try them for yourself, you'll agree!!
I use to use a Merv 13 but found out that it restricts the airflow for my unit and caused it to go out in the middle of summer. Filtrete makes great filters and thus Merv 5 is exactly what I needed
Received once again in bad shape. Once I received it undamaged because it wasn't packet in a bag. I don't know why something fragile like that get's packed in a bag. The rating is because I think this may be usual I have had to return it to the store before because it was so mangled
They brought me a broken air filter.
Support screen on the WRONG SIDE when I bought the 300 last year. I installed it MY way , worked great This year the support strands are on the CORRECT SIDE. You fixed the problem. Now tell people the truth.
