I ordered a carbon monoxide detector that was described as having a 10-year lithium battery. The item that I received had 3 or 4 batteries outside of the unit, which made no sense to me. The print on the packaging was so small I could not read it. The description of the item on the website failed to include a feedback option, where I could ask questions. There was no way to find out more details on the item. 10 year lithium batteries are supposed to be inside the unit, not on the outside. Because this description was so poor, I've now wasted over an hour on this order.
