love it btr than buying all those cases %26 jugs up 24 steps
This item works as promised. I was surprised how well it actually works. I just wish it held more water. Fills fairly fast and filters the wate as promised - much better than much more expensive products.
I like the unit for its slim design to fit in a smaller refrigerator. It was easy to set up. I would like to have gotten more capacity, but for my apartment refrigerator it is great. A tad more expensive than other products out there maybe, but worth it.
Very good filter. The water in our mobile home park has the smell of bleach quite often from them working on line breaks. My new pitcher removed that odor I can stop buying bottled water that became too expensive on my limited income. Plus, my morning coffer tastes MUCH better. :)
I love the size because it is smaller than most filtration pitchers. For that reason it is lighter and easier to lift and pour. It also will fit easily in the refrigerator door. The water is the best. No taste or smell so the filter works good. I am very happy with it.
I was disappointed it took so long to fill the pitcher to use
I wanted to try filtered water and see why it is so popular. I chose this item primarily for the price. The water is fantastic, I will never go back to unfiltered water. The only draw back on this product for me was the lid. You do need to hold the top center of lid to pour, but nothing that you will not get used too.
I can tell a major different with this water filter by boiling the water after it being filtered & put in the tea bags. There is no residue on the surface of the water unlike before when I used the water without being filtered there is so much residues on the surface of the water when I put my tea bags in. Like the filter very much. I give it a 4 star because the design needs improvement. You will have to wait for the all the water to be filtered all down before you pour out the water to consume otherwise if the water is still on the top part of the filter, when you pour the water out to drink- the unfiltered water on top will come out at the same time with your already filtered water on the bottom.
It is a durable water pitcher with a wonderful filter. I bought it to filter well water and boy does it do its job! No odors or weird tastes that are normally associated with well water! I highly recommend this product whether you are using tap or well water! It gets the job done!
The product quality is not as good as I expected. The water tastes not very much different from tap water. What I noticed is that any unfiltered water or residual (from the upper container of the pitcher) can also come out when pouring for a drink which inadvertently can contaminate the filtered water (from the lower container of the pitcher). This will defeat the purpose of the filter. For proper use of the product, this caveat should be clearly stated on the instruction that there should not be any residual from the upper container when pouring for a drink. Other issue is a flaw in the design - the lid and the filter are too easily fallen out of the pitcher when pouring for a drink. The filter should be screwed in, and the lid should also be latched to keep both of them in place.
