Jeezy Peezy, this thing is really ____ yeah, you know. Just measure the door, hacksaw off the extra length that you don't need, and put it on the door. It goes right on. I used to be able to see lots of light through the back door and the wind would just howl through there where you could feel the breeze all the way on the other end of the house. No More Light, and No More Breeze. I am very pleased and highly recommend this product.
I fell in love with this draft seal, it is a snug fit which is wonderful, I did have to cut it, used a kitchen knife to saw it and worked great. Careful cutting because if you tug it then the inner or outer seals will peel a little extra easy. I had a huge gap due to the fact my door was chewed but the other side was gapless. Once I put this on it took away the large gap and still opens and closes freely without problems. The brown is ok although I have a white door, but I also have gaps on the side of the door and would love to see this product made just a little thinner to be used for the sides of doors and top as well, same set up to clip on just the fins and inner and outter seals thinner but keep the door bottoms like this one. No screws no glue is amazing
Slides perfectly well under the door. Only thing is after we put it on, we realized the door would not shut completely well. So we had to slightly cut out the edges to fit our door size. And now the door is well sealed. It has a neat contemporary look to both inside & outside the door! Would definitely recommend this product.
When they built our house they used some super cheap door sweep which didn't seal well. I ripped that one off and upgraded to this and WOW it seals extremely well. Install is very easy, it just slips on and it fits very tight. Thank you Duck Brand!
If you have at least a one inch gap under your door this will work. It works great in between shop and office. Not sure about a regular house door outside anyways. inside doors probably.
I read the reviews so I got one I put it on and it worked great and it looked great I was happy about it 3 days later from opening the door in closing it the plastic piece broke on it the only reason I gave it to Stars is because it lasted 2 days so I was thinking like an idiot maybe it was just a bad part so I got another one and it did the same thing it's very cheap plastic and I would not get another one I don't know why companies make stuff like this
This would not easily slide on to my front wooden door. It got stuck about 3/4 of the way and I had to cut the ends as I then could also not remove it.
Won't stay in place. Had to nail it. The ends must be cut off to allow door to close against door frame (jam).
Tried putting on door cracked one side when it closed. Took off to check other side broke. All and all very lame waste of money. It might work if you have a 1.5 inch gap under your door . If I could give zero stats I would...
I had to return it, it popped off our door
