Challenging but fun

This is the first yoga video I've ever done or owned before, and I really liked it. It was to the point and easy for me to follow, even though I was a first-time yogini (I think that's how you say it). When I first finished this workout, I was surprised at how hard I had worked (I was drenched with sweat), but I also felt very relaxed. I looked up the estimated calories I had burned at my weight, and it was around 300! And I also like the quick pilates ab workout at the end of the video. I own some Winsor Pilates videos, but I liked the pilates on this video better. So I'll probably buy the MTV pilates video next.

This MTv power yoga is a great flexibility and strengthening video by Kristin McGee. The yoga positions are recursive, so if you didn't grasp the movement, not to be concerned. Actually, the yoga positions are not that difficult, except for the back bend. It would be great to alternate this video with McGee's MTv pilates mix every other day.
