My son like plenty other kids is pretty rambunctious at bedtime lol He wants to stay up and play. But he has school. So, each evening around 8pm he is comfortable eating his gummy, and he's resting asleep in about an hour. He is still easy to wake for school - unlike some things that make people groggy and hateful. This melatonin does not do that to us.
Doctor recommended we use these for child with ADHD as it could help build a better relationship with sleep. Our child doesn't hate the taste or consistency. Helps them calm down a little quicker and stay asleep through the night. This is not something we use evernight, and some nights when our child is tired but struggling to fall asleep we will give them half.
It has helped to get control of the toenail fungus. my nails seem to be getting clearer. the oil helps to soften nails. sooths the nail. The process is very slow at curing toenail fungus no matter what product you use. I ordered another bottle of this product. i was told it could take almost a year to clear it up.
It works great. It's not addicting and Kids friendly. We call them sleepy gummies. The melatonin calms my kids down and doesn't make them drowsy. I give melatonin to my kids to get them back into a routine for school. Once they get used to the routine, I reduce the amount to none.
My understanding is that people usually buy kid's melatonin when they have kids who are awake, but they want them to be asleep instead. This product does that. It doesn't work as fast as other products, such as chloroform, but it also seems to have fewer side effects.
I know this supposed to be for kids but I buy it for myself because they do not have a regular formula that only has the 1mg and the higher ones are too heavy handed for me. works great, relaxes me enough to get a good nights rest when I need it.
I give half of one to my 6 year old when she’s having trouble relaxing to sleep and it helps her drift off, no “loopy” feeling or grogginess in the morning. I feel safe giving these to her and I’m very picky about what my children eat and medicine they take.
i take these as an adult and i cut them in half. the ingredients are so much better than other brands. good taste and takes 30 minutes to get me sleepy.
Been using it twice a day for several weeks %26 used about half the bottle. Unfortunately, I see no difference or improvement.
